Development Circles
Whether you're taking your very first steps or you've been developing for years, there's a place for you here.
Through development circles, workshops, mentorship and residential experiences, students are encouraged to discover their own unique path while learning within a welcoming and inspiring community.
Circles are the heartbeat of the Academy — regular, supportive sessions where development happens week by week, at your own pace, alongside people on the same path. Most run online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
Booked as a block
One payment enrols you in every date. Blocks don't take joiners partway through.

Mondays, 7–9pm UK · Online via Zoom A weekly space dedicated to helping you grow your awareness, build confidence, and develop your connection with spirit in a grounded and supportive way. These sessions focus on real development — understanding how you work, trusting what you receive, and learning how to apply it with clarity and confidence. This is not about rushing or comparing yourself to others; it's about recognising your own ability and allowing it to unfold naturally, with guidance and support. Each session blends teaching, practical work and connection with others on the same path.

An evening of spiritual connection, learning and development with TJ herself. These weekly sessions are created to help you build trust in your own awareness, strengthen your connection with spirit, and understand the language of mediumship in a grounded and supportive way. TJ works with honesty, evidence, personality and emotional connection — helping students move beyond simply receiving information and into truly understanding the presence and personality of spirit.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your understanding, you'll be guided through practical exercises, discussion and real-time experience.
Women's Circle

A gentle and supportive space for women seeking time to pause, reconnect with themselves and share within a nurturing circle of like-minded souls. Together we explore intention setting, intuitive sharing and quiet reflection in a calm and welcoming environment.
Advanced Circle
Wednesdays, 6:30–8:30pm fortnightly in person
7–9pm monthly via Zoom
These evenings are not beginner sessions. This circle is for those who already understand how to link with spirit and are looking to deepen, refine and strengthen the quality of their work — blending more fully with spirit, strengthening evidence, building personality within communication, and developing confidence when working publicly or professionally.
Workshops & Guest Tutors
Alongside the weekly circles, the Academy hosts one-day workshops and masterclasses, led by TJ and by carefully chosen guest tutors who bring their own specialisms to the community. TJ also teaches at the College of Psychic Studies in London.
Workshops are announced through the newsletter and on this page, places are limited and tend to go quickly.
Mentorship
For those ready to go deeper, TJ offers one-to-one mentoring tailored to your personal and spiritual development — whether you wish to strengthen your intuition, your mediumship, or your confidence within the spiritual field. Each session is designed around your individual goals and experience, available via Zoom or in person at TJ's studio in Hertfordshire.

Some of the Academy's most powerful learning happens away from home. From TJ & Friends to trance and physical mediumship at The Gathering, residential weekends offer immersive development in a supportive community.
